Job description We are looking for a Finance & Insurance Sales Managers with an in-depth knowledge of dealership financial processes and insurance procedures, for our dealerships O'Meara Ford, Volkswagen or Buick GMC. Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process
• Professional personal appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
• Eagerness to improve and grow professionally
• Valid driver’s license
