Job Title: Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive business initiatives by analyzing requirements optimizing processes and delivering data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders business units and technical teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs document requirements and define clear business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between business and technology teams ensuring alignment and clarity of project goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather interpret and visualize data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Solution Design: Work with developers architects and product teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional solutions.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming while also being comfortable with traditional project management frameworks.
• Risk Management: Identify risks propose mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity during project execution.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain business requirement documents (BRDs) functional specifications process flows and regulatory compliance documentation.

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in IT Finance Healthcare or ERP systems.
• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling data analysis and reporting tools (Excel SQL Tableau Power BI etc.).
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies .
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA Confluence Visio or BPMN tools .
• Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification.
• Experience with ERP CRM or cloud-based business applications.
• Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects.
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts.
