Corporate Paralegal

Our team specializes in providing top-notch legal support to corporate clients, and we are seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our practice and assist in managing complex corporate transactions and compliance matters.

Position Overview: As a Corporate Paralegal, you will support attorneys in handling corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance issues, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and filings.
* Conduct legal research and prepare reports on corporate legal matters.
* Manage corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate and communicate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
* Support attorneys in preparing for meetings, transactions, and legal proceedings.
* Maintain and update corporate databases and documentation.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
* Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficient in legal research and document management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with complex corporate transactions or international business law.
* Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues.
* Previous experience in a large corporate law firm or in-house legal department.
