Job Description

The Data Entry Admin is responsible for entering, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining business and client information within company databases and systems. This remote position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update client, loan, and business information into company databases and CRM systems.
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Maintain electronic files and ensure proper organization of digital documentation.
  • Process incoming applications, supporting documents, and administrative records.
  • Verify information and identify discrepancies requiring correction or follow-up.
  • Generate reports and assist with data tracking activities.
  • Support administrative and operational teams with information management tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and business information.
  • Perform routine audits of records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency in a remote environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or office administration preferred.
  • Strong typing and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
