We are currently seeking a ITIL Change Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Change Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on expertise in managing change processes within IT service management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the change management lifecycle and the ability to independently drive CAB meetings across diverse business units. This role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to work in EST hours .

Key Responsibilities

• Change Management Lifecycle : Oversee and manage the end-to-end ITIL change management process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• CAB Meetings : Organize, lead, and facilitate CAB meetings independently, engaging stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Risk Assessment : Evaluate proposed changes, assess risks, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance change management practices and implement best practices.
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of change requests, approvals, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ITIL-based change management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and change management lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead CAB meetings independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in EST hours .
• ITIL certification preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• ITIL Framework Expertise : Deep understanding of ITIL principles, especially change management.
• CAB Facilitation : Ability to independently plan, coordinate, and lead CAB meetings.
• Risk & Impact Analysis : Skilled in evaluating technical and business risks associated with changes.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and leadership.
• Process Compliance : Ensuring adherence to governance, policies, and audit requirements.
• Communication Skills : Clear, concise, and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Thinking : Ability to assess complex situations and propose practical solutions.
• Time Management : Capability to prioritize and manage multiple change requests in EST hours.
