Job Description

We’re hiring an enthusiastic Junior Account Representative for an entry-level opportunity in community outreach, nonprofit marketing, fundraising, and customer engagement . This position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

No prior experience is required. Paid training and hands-on mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with community members and explain programs and initiatives.
• Support fundraising, marketing, and public-awareness campaigns.
• Provide professional customer service and donor support.
• Build positive relationships with community members and team members.
• Participate in promotional events and local outreach activities.
• Work toward team and campaign goals.
• Develop communication, presentation, customer service, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and reliable attitude.
• Comfortable speaking with people in person.
• Team-oriented and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated and goal-focused.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or communications experience is a plus, but not required.
