International Teacher – Kindergarten Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver immersive international English teaching for young children and create age‑appropriate, fun, and interactive learning activities.
- Design and implement early childhood international curriculum, observe children’s performance, and record growth and development.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment; ensure children’s well‑being and daily care in line with kindergarten standards.
- Cooperate with Chinese and foreign teaching teams; communicate professionally with parents and support kindergarten events.
- Abide by Chinese education laws and kindergarten policies; prioritize child safety and child protection protocols.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above; original diploma and academic certificates required.
- Clean criminal record; must provide official Certificate of No Criminal Conviction.
- Teaching certificate / early childhood education qualification preferred.
- Native or near‑native English proficiency with professional communication skills.
- Passion for early childhood education; patient, caring, responsible, and culturally sensitive.
- No history of revoked/suspended teaching license; no criminal offenses; no record of child abuse or inappropriate behavior with minors.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Gross Salary: RMB 25,000–28,000
- Paid Vacation: 14 consecutive days paid summer vacation + 14 consecutive days paid winter vacation (including weekends) + 1 day Christmas holiday; plus Chinese official public holidays.
- Home Trip Allowance: USD 2,000 per round‑trip economy flight between China and your home country.
- Insurance & Benefits: Health insurance and other benefits per kindergarten policy.
- Onboarding Support: Visa and employment documentation guidance (school assists with compliant procedures).
