Job Description

We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Lead Generators. In this role, you will engage with potential customers face-to-face, generate interest in our automotive glass services, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Speak with potential customers in assigned areas/territories
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
• Track daily activities and lead information
• Meet or exceed performance goals

Qualifications:
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

*Not a Call Center Position. Requires daily travel to meet with qualified prospects*
