Pittsburgh, PA

Are you a skilled litigation paralegal ready to support a busy civil and corporate litigation practice? We're seeking Litigation Paralegal to join a respected legal team in Pittsburgh, PA . If you're highly organized, detail-driven, and thrive under pressure - this is your next move!

About the Role:

You'll support attorneys handling a wide range of civil and corporate litigation matters , including:

* Real Estate Litigation
* Construction Litigation
* Corporate Litigation
* Employment Litigation
* School Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
* Calendar hearings, track deadlines , and manage legal logistics
* Organize exhibits, case files, evidence, briefs, and appendices
* Provide high-level litigation support from pre-litigation through appeal

What You Bring:

✔️ Paralegal certificate required
✔️ 3+ years of litigation experience (corporate litigation preferred)
✔️ Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
✔️ Excellent typing and phone communication skills
✔️ Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word , and ideally Worldox
