Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Large scale rearrangement of a store’s products by stocking or restocking a product according to a new schematic.
• Tearing down and rebuilding whole sections of the store.
• Reset activities include but limited to: removing items from shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures, reorganizing the products according to the schematic provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products.
• Must be able to follow a planogram or diagram of new shelf or display.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a long period of time, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb or balance.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and reset counterparts.
• Ability to implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California.
• Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of state car registration and insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to drive to accounts throughout Northern California. Mostly in North Bay area (Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Marin, etc).
• Lift and carry a 45+ pound case of product on a repetitive basis.

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent related experience such as:
• Merchandiser/Route Sales Experience.
• Restaurant/Bartending/Hospitality Skills.
• Wine/Industry Knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals, and leading spirit categories.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
