This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and a team‑oriented environment.Key Responsibilities

• Component Assembly — Assemble small parts and products according to work instructions.
• Quality Inspection — Perform visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product accuracy.
• Machine Operation — Operate light manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Documentation — Record production counts, defects, and material usage.
• Workstation Maintenance — Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsQualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic math and reading comprehension
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
• Reading and basic math comprehension to understand and interpret training guides, standard operating procedures and quality information (SPC, charts, graphs, etc.) and to complete production reports What We Offer
