Location: 100% Remote (PST Hours Preferred)
Pay Rate: $26.00 – $28.50 per hour
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (With potential for extension)
Randstad is seeking a General Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support our global technology clients team working remote, PST hours.

- Mindset: A service-oriented, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of curiosity and an eagerness to learn.
- Core Skills: Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing projects while successfully navigating ambiguity.
- Tech Savvy: A genuine passion for technology and learning new tools. Familiarity with CRM systems is a major plus!
- Legal Foundations: Basic knowledge of laws, legal codes, regulations, and the ability to analyze policies and legal documents.
- Software: Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Education & Experience
- Education: Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent professional training is required.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Entry-level candidates with the required training are encouraged to apply!).

Responsibilities
- Matters Triage: Manage incoming commercial legal matters in a shared Frontline workspace, routing them to the correct internal resources and company functions.
- Team Support: Assist with routine legal processes and standard commercial legal matters.
- Escalation: Identify complex legal matters and seamlessly escalate them to Frontline Paralegals.
- Analysis & Drafting: Partner with Paralegals to gather information, analyze issues, and draft recommended guidance/solutions.
- Resource Management: Keep track of and continuously update Legal Self-Help business readiness resources.
