Job Description

Fetch is on the lookout for a talented Veterinary Technician ready to step into a leadership role as one of our Practice Managers of Emergency & Critical Care!

Hi there—we’re Fetch! We’re a family-owned, specialty and emergency veterinary hospital located in beautiful Greenville, South Carolina. We’re known for our team-oriented vibe, next-level medicine, and unwavering commitment to pets and the people who love them. Right now, we’re searching for an experienced Veterinary Technician who’s ready to take their ECC passion to the next level by helping lead our Emergency & Critical Care team.

As a PM of ECC, you’ll play a key leadership role at the center of daily operations. This hands-on position involves helping to support both the team and our patients. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be essential in guiding team members, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a seamless and supportive environment throughout each shift.

You’ll be collaborating closely with our hospital leaders to make sure goals are met, team members feel supported, and care stays top-notch. You'll offer feedback and guidance to team members, adjust schedules when needed, and help make sure ER and CC stays fully stocked and ready to go. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining compliance with all the good stuff—state regulations, SOPs, OSHA—you name it.

We’re also counting on you to help keep the vibe positive, build rapport with clients and referring vets, and stay on top of any risks or concerns before they become real problems. In short, you’ll be a go-to leader who keeps the ER and ECC team running smoothly and feeling supported.
