Randstad is seeking professional and dependable individuals for Remote Call Center Representative positions. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, providing essential support to potential claimants via phone, email, and chat.
Position Overview
- Role: Call Center Representative
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
- Start Date: May 27, 2026
- Location: 100% Remote (BYOD - Bring Your Own Device)
Schedule Requirements
- Training Schedule: Training will be a total of 8 days from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pacific time
- Work Schedule: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific time
Top 3 Required Skills
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate multiple systems and administrative tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Technical & Equipment Requirements (BYOD)
You must provide your own equipment meeting the following specifications:
1. Computer Specs
- Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or better).
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Storage: Minimum 238 GB Hard Drive.
- OS: Windows 10 or higher.
2. Hardware & Workspace
- Screens: Dual monitor setup required (Laptop + 1 Monitor OR Desktop + 2 Monitors).
- Headset: Professional-grade headset for calls.
- Environment: A quiet, private workspace.
3. Internet Requirements
- Speeds: Minimum 20 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload.
- Jitter: Must be 9 or less.
- Restrictions: No mobile hotspots or unauthorized VPNs.
- Speed test must be completed via Talk Desk within 1 week of application.
