Paul Calvo Group is a growing business services organization dedicated to providing efficient administrative and operational support solutions. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help maintain the accuracy and integrity of company records and information.

The Remote Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining information within company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, focused, and capable of working independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

## Eligibility Requirement

This position is open only to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Applicants must be able to provide employment authorization documentation upon hire.

## Key Responsibilities

* Enter and update data into company databases and internal systems.
* Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
* Verify information and correct data discrepancies.
* Maintain electronic filing systems and digital records.
* Process invoices, forms, reports, and other business documents.
* Generate routine reports and data summaries as requested.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Communicate with team members regarding data-related issues.
* Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

## Qualifications

* U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred.
* Excellent typing and computer skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
