We are seeking a Robotic Automation Developer to join our team. This role will involve developing advanced robotic simulation platforms, integrating robotics, AI, PLC systems, and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in robotics simulation, synthetic data generation, Python/C++, and automation platforms, along with a passion for building scalable and high-fidelity simulation systems.

Job Description:

The Robotic Automation Developer will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance robotic simulation environments that support automation, AI, and manufacturing systems. The Robotic Automation Developer will work on simulation-in-the-loop systems for testing autonomous robotics, perception, and control algorithms.

The Robotic Automation Developer will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable, reusable simulation frameworks and enable realistic modeling of factory environments. Additionally, the Robotic Automation Developer will play a critical role in integrating robotics platforms, PLC logic, and simulation outputs into machine learning pipelines. The Robotic Automation Developer will contribute to building long-term simulation capabilities that support continuous engineering validation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Robotics Simulation Development (4 6 years experience)

• Develop physics-based simulations for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and cobot systems
• Build simulation environments supporting 40+ robots with software-in-the-loop capabilities
• Design scenario frameworks for modeling real-world manufacturing conditions
• Create discrete-event and continuous physics-based co-simulations

Advanced Simulation Platforms & Tools (4 6 years experience)

• Work with simulation tools such as Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Open3DE, Gazebo, and Mujoco
• Develop high-fidelity 3D models and realistic simulation environments
• Simulate multiple robots and sensors including LiDAR and cameras in real-time
• Build simulation metrics, dashboards, and validation tools

System Integration & Robotics Frameworks (4 6 years experience)

• Integrate robots using ROS 2, Fanuc/Roboguide, and similar platforms
• Manage large-scale ROS environments with extensive nodes and topics
• Integrate simulation outputs into ML training and evaluation pipelines
• Develop interfaces supporting diverse APIs and data formats

Scalable Architecture & Deployment (4 6 years experience)

• Architect and deploy simulation platforms on multi-GPU infrastructure
• Support both on-premises and cloud-based simulation pipelines
• Enable automated execution, orchestration, and regression testing
• Design database systems for simulation data, users, assets, and sessions

Required Skills:

• 4 6 years of experience in robotics, automation, or simulation development
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation tools such as Automation Anywhere
• Knowledge of PLC programming (GE-Fanuc or similar platforms)
• Hands-on experience with robotics simulation or synthetic data generation (3+ years)
• Experience integrating simulation systems with AI/ML pipelines
• Strong understanding of robotics, control systems, and industrial automation

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Isaac Sim, Omniverse, Open3DE, Gazebo, or Mujoco
• Expertise in ROS 2 and robotics middleware
• Experience with multi-robot simulation environments
• Knowledge of digital twin technologies
• Familiarity with cloud-based simulation and GPU computing
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation domains

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
