This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll take ownership of the customer journey — from prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll work directly with homeowners to provide professional pest control solutions that help protect their homes and families.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and engage homeowners within assigned territories

• Generate new business through face-to-face interactions and neighborhood outreach

• Conduct customer consultations to identify pest control needs and recommend service solutions

• Educate homeowners on pest prevention, treatment plans, and service benefits

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
