Receiving tickets/issues from business in AMS project Analysing the ticket . Responsible for resolving the issue in time with in SLA. Testing and transporting changes to production environment Understanding of SLA's , incident management process and knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow Very good communication skills (English) written and Verbal Work on call after office hours and during weekends on rotation basis ABAP Debugging knowledge preferred for functional consultants Ariba - Ariba invoice management Ariba - Ariba Supplier management Ariba - Ariba discovery Ariba - Ariba Sourcing Ariba - Ariba Contracts Ariba - Ariba Procurement Ariba - Ariba Spend analysis Ariba - Supplier Collaboration Ariba - Ariba Catalogue Ariba - Supplier Risk Ariba - Ariba Administration Ariba - Invoice Management
