About the Role: Airship is a leading AI-powered customer experience platform. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for our high-profile enterprise accounts across Europe. You will turn complex business goals into high-performance, multi-channel engagement strategies, working directly with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to deliver measurable financial impact and strategic ROI.

What You'll Do

• Lead value discovery and KPI mapping, connecting Airship solutions to measurable economic outcomes through Value Realization Frameworks.
• Architect sophisticated multi-channel customer journeys across email, mobile, SMS, and digital wallets for global brands.
• Own the ROI narrative by leading executive business reviews that demonstrate clear financial and strategic value.
• Drive retention and expansion by becoming an indispensable part of each customer’s business strategy.
• Facilitate strategic workshops to define North Star metrics and accelerate digital marketing outcomes.
• Mentor the EMEA consulting team and champion AI-driven efficiency using modern tools for research and performance auditing.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or client-side marketing leadership (e.g., CRM Director, CX Lead).
• Deep expertise designing complex multi-channel customer engagement strategies (3+ channels).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior marketing executives in enterprise organizations.
• Strong data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, Spanish) is a strong plus.
