The Senior Recruiting Manager is a talent acquisition leader responsible for managing and scaling full cycle recruiting operations while ensuring consistent delivery of high quality candidates across multiple roles and industries. This role combines hands on recruiting leadership with strategic oversight of recruiting performance, hiring strategy, and team development.
