Senior Tax Consultant – Remote (West Coast Preferred) $100,000 – $130,000 DOE
A fast-growing independent wealth management firm in Southern California is expanding its tax consulting division and looking for a Senior Tax Consultant to join a small, high-performing team. This firm works with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and family office clients — and their tax consulting practice goes beyond traditional compliance. The focus is proactive tax strategy and maximizing savings across complex financial pictures. If you've spent your career doing returns and want to do more with that knowledge, this is the environment for it.
What the role looks like:
You're the implementation side of the practice. A client gets onboarded into a tax strategy — you're the one who builds it, executes it, and owns the relationship from there. That means quarterly client meetings, tax plan design and implementation, and a broad prep workload covering individual, trust, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp returns.
