Store Manager – Fit2Run | Millenia (Orlando, FL)

At Fit2Run, we don’t just run stores — we build leaders who drive results, develop people, and create unforgettable experiences.

Our Millenia store is a high-volume business, and we are looking for a Store Manager who will run it like they own it.

This is not a sit-in-the-office role - this is a lead-from-the-floor, coach-in-the-moment, drive-the-business leadership role.

Our proprietary Fit Finder process is the foundation of everything we do. As Store Manager, you are responsible for bringing this to life — training your team, coaching consistently, and ensuring every guest gets the right solution to meet and exceed their goals.

Run the Business

  • Run a high-volume store with full accountability for sales, payroll, and profitability
  • Drive performance across key metrics: sales, conversion, ATV, and customer experience
  • Make real-time business decisions that impact results

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing, sales-driven team
  • Train and reinforce the Fit2Run Fit process daily
  • Coach in the moment to improve performance and behaviors
  • Develop Assistant Managers and future leaders

Be on the Floor

  • Lead from the front — actively selling during peak hours
  • Model high-energy, personalized, solution-driven service
  • Ensure every guest interaction reflects our brand

Drive Growth Beyond the Store

  • Build relationships in the community
  • Promote and grow Doctor/Referral programs
  • Lead Run Club and local engagement events
  • Represent Fit2Run at events, races, and expos

Own Operations & Accountability

  • Manage scheduling, labor, and payroll to plan
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, merchandising standards, and shrink control
  • Maintain compliance, documentation, and company standards
  • Partner with HR on employee relations and performance management

Work Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Active presence on the sales floor the majority of the time
  • Travel for events, expos, and leadership development as needed
