The Opportunity

As a Strategy& Associate, you will engage in dynamic client support, contributing to strategic consulting projects that drive impactful business transformations. You will be part of a team that leverages analytical skills and innovative thinking to deliver tailored solutions for diverse clients. This role offers the chance to develop your communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey ideas to varied audiences through multiple media channels.As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, using these challenges as opportunities for growth.In this role, you will participate in project tasks, develop basic skills and knowledge, and support senior staff in delivering strategic insights. You will interpret data to inform recommendations, uphold professional standards, and embrace ambiguity, using these moments to enhance your strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $61,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
