Responsibilities

• Manage and organize schedules for team members
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining records and filing systems
• Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required
• Support various administrative tasks as needed
• Help prepare reports and presentations
• Conduct online research to assist with projects
• Maintain a positive and professional communication with clients and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g. Google Workspace Slack)
