Job Description

We are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to support business expansion in the U.S. market within the luxury resale / retail industry.

• Title: Web Marketing Specialist
• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: West Hollywood California (On-site Only)
• Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm.
• Off days: 2 days per week

Job Responsibilities

• Plan develop and write digital content for social media platforms including TikTok Instagram Facebook RED (Xiaohongshu) and Google Business Profile.
• Design and produce offline promotional materials such as flyers store banners vouchers and marketing posters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to plan and create regular blog content for company websites.
• Coordinate with and manage external agencies or production vendors when necessary to execute marketing initiatives.
• Execute optimize and analyze marketing campaigns and prepare regular internal performance reports.

Minimum requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Mass Communication Advertising Business or related fields.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Japanese.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Lightroom Premiere Pro Illustrator and After Effects.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics with great attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Compensation

• Salary: USD 5500/month for the first 3 months.
  Salary after 3 months: USD 6000/month.

Training Program (Overseas Training Opportunity)

• Upon joining employees will participate in a 1-3-month overseas training program (approximately between July - September 2026) in Southeast Asia (Singapore Indonesia or Malaysia)
• Monthly salary will be provided during the training period
• Full housing support will be covered by the company
• Visa support will be provided for the duration of the training

Training Details

• Develop knowledge of luxury brands and resale market
• Gain hands-on experience in both office and retail store environments
• Learn product evaluation techniques including identifying materials craftsmanship and authenticity (e.g. tools used leather characteristics and distinguishing counterfeit items)
