Welder/ Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm )

• Perform MIG welding on new products utilizing production fixtures to meet exacting specifications.
• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure correct product assembly and dimensions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of output, including accurate part counts and sign-offs for quality assurance.
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality and workmanship on all fabricated products.
• Operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet production demands in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing production priorities and facility needs.
• Effectively manage and balance multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficient time management.
• Operate various fabrication tools, including grinders, saws, and sanders.
• Ensure a clean and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Welder/ Fabricator Qualifications:

• Proven experience in welding, specifically MIG welding.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Demonstrated fabrication skills.*
• Experience operating grinders, saws, and sanders.
• Ability to frequently lift to 50 pounds.*
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
