SCOPE OF WORK: Performs clerical and technical duties in support of the library including assisting with and helping troubleshoot library technologies. This position reports to the College Dir., Library Programs & Services at NHTI, Concord’s Community College.

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent.
Experience: No experience required.
License/Certification: None required.

Ability to learn assigned clerical tasks readily and to adhere to prescribed departmental procedures. Ability to make simple arithmetical computations and tabulations accurately and with reasonable speed. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public. Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the college appointing authority.
