Job Title: Commercial Painter

Job Description:

This role focuses on performing high-quality painting services for industrial and commercial projects in both new construction and existing buildings. The work primarily involves interior wall painting, with some exterior projects, using a range of professional techniques and equipment. You will contribute to delivering clean, precise finishes on large-scale jobs while working closely with a field-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform painting tasks on industrial and commercial projects, including both new construction and existing buildings.
  • Prepare and paint primarily interior walls, with some exterior surfaces as required.
  • Apply paint using airless spraying, brush and roll techniques to achieve a professional finish.
  • Operate HPLV airless sprayers on large industrial projects in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Cut in edges and detailed areas cleanly and accurately without the use of tape.
  • Follow project specifications, color schemes, and finish requirements as directed.
  • Work effectively as part of a painting crew, adjusting to team sizes that vary based on project scope.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on each jobsite.
  • Meet project timelines and adhere to deadlines to ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Travel directly from home to assigned jobsites within the regional area as required.
  • Communicate any issues, material needs, or delays to the appropriate onsite contact in a timely manner.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
