Salary: $120,000 - 175,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 5 years of experience as a reliability-focused engineer in a fast-moving, rapidly expanding enterprise setting.
• We value strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• We look for experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Crossplane.
• We expect development experience in languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
• We need experience deploying and supporting applications on Kubernetes at scale.
• We value familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana, New Relic, or Datadog.
• We look for experience troubleshooting live, mission-critical production incidents.
• We expect understanding of reliability practices, including resilient architectures, application and supply chain security, and SLO governance.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse engineering teams.
• We require authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

• We design, implement, maintain, and oversee reliable production systems at scale.
• We lead incident response, resolve production disruptions, and carry out post-incident reviews.
• We proactively track performance, investigate system failures, identify constraints, and recommend improvements.
• We create and support observability and monitoring tooling, along with vendor integrations.
• We help foster a reliability-first culture and partner cross-functionally to strengthen system reliability, scalability, resilience, and security.
• We coach and mentor other engineers.
• We participate in an environment focused on scaling and expanding our infrastructure.
• We contribute to improving how we deliver cutting-edge solutions.
