A Typical Day in the Role

Your day will primarily involve communicating with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments. You’ll listen to their needs, provide information, and help them complete the necessary steps.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting virtual and phone appointments with members.
• Asking questions to understand individual needs and priorities.
• Presenting available programs and explaining options clearly.
• Answering questions and helping members make informed decisions.
• Assisting with applications, enrollment, and digital paperwork.
• Following up on outstanding requests or documentation.
• Maintaining organized and accurate client records.
• Providing friendly, professional, and reliable service.
